Urban Water

We need to get on the water where we live. Some of my most amazing wildlife encounters have happened on a slough that most people consider toxic, though studies show the water is cleaner than a heavily recreated nearby and larger river.

I recently created a web site for a school project that is related to viewing wildlife from a kayak in Morro Bay. The url is http://www.mbwildlife.bayshaman.com. The site contains resources, weather and tide information for the area. Morro Bay is on the central California coast.
