It's been a slow year for whitewater paddling in CA so far. just not a lot happening. Although it's gotten better over the last few weeks, we're looking at a potential drought this year. I've done a number of low water trips down the North Fork of the American river, Chamberlain Falls run. It's Class IV, and super fun even at low flows. Most of the time i paddle it we move pretty quick, so not many photos, and it's been cold so it's hard to keep the lens from fogging, but I've got a few. I've probably done 6-7 trips so far this year, but only a couple of photos. Still, I thought they were worth posting.

This run is pretty much the closest whitewater to my house, about 45 minutes away.
